No. We're a premium-finish painter, and we price the work accordingly. What you're paying for is disciplined prep, clean lines, the right products for Utah's climate, a project manager who answers the phone, and a written guarantee that means something.

A whole-home interior repaint usually runs 4–7 working days. An exterior is typically 3–6 days, weather permitting. Cabinets are 5–8 days depending on size and finish. Your Project Success Manager gives you a firm start and finish date in writing, and we hit it.

It means the finish you see is decided before paint ever hits the wall. We patch, sand, caulk, mask, prime bare spots, and protect floors and furniture. On exteriors we wash, scrape loose material, spot-prime, and re-caulk failed joints. Skip that work and a fresh coat just hides the problem for six months.

Yes. Color consultation is included. We bring samples, walk the home in real light, and give straight guidance on sheen — flat or matte on ceilings, eggshell or satin on walls, semi-gloss on trim — based on how the room is used.

Primarily Sherwin-Williams premium lines (Emerald, Cashmere, Duration on exteriors) and Benjamin Moore where the spec calls for it. For cabinets we spray with HVLP using a true cabinet-grade finish. We don't use builder-grade paint on premium repaints.

Yes. Licensed in the state of Utah, fully insured (general liability and workers' comp), and we carry a Certificate of Insurance we'll send directly to your builder, HOA, or property manager on request.

We use low-VOC and zero-VOC interior paints by default, so most rooms are back to normal within hours. We ventilate as we go and stage the work so you can stay in the home through most of the project.

Both. The majority of our interiors are occupied. We mask and contain one zone at a time, daily-clean as we go, and protect the rest of the home with breathable plastic so dust doesn't migrate.

Exterior painting needs surface temps roughly 35–90°F and dry conditions. We watch the forecast carefully and won't paint a substrate that's too hot, too cold, or wet — that's how peeling starts. Late spring through mid-fall is our main exterior window.

Once you're booked, lead times typically run 1–4 weeks depending on the season. Cabinets and small interiors can sometimes start sooner. Exterior season fills up fastest — get on the calendar early.
