Interior Service

Interior Painting in Utah County, UT

A no drama, buttoned-up repaint of the rooms you actually live in. Walls, ceilings, trim, and doors -- prepped right, kept clean, and finished on the date we promised.

What's included

The certainty you wanted when you started looking for a painter.

A dedicated project success manager from day one all the way to final walk through

Vetted workers, working regular hours. No no-shows.

Furniture moved, floors protected

We center and wrap furniture in plastic, cover floors with rosin paper and canvas drops, and mask outlets, switches, vents, and hardware before a single brush is loaded.

Hand-cut lines at every edge

Ceilings to walls, walls to trim, walls to tile — cut in by hand with a sash brush, not taped and hoped. The lines look right because they are right.

Walls that look flat — because they are flat

We skim, sand, and prime patches before topcoat. No telegraphed mud rings, no flashing under raking light from a south window.

Daily cleanup, every day

Tools out of the house, drops folded, your kitchen and bathrooms usable that night. The job site looks like a home, not a renovation.

A final walk you sign off on

We walk every room with a flashlight and a tape flag. Anything you mark, we fix before we load the truck. Then a 3-year written warranty on our workmanship, plus lifelong touchups.

The prep is the product

Most callbacks are prep problems pretending to be paint problems.

A finish only looks as good as the surface under it. We slow down at the start so we don't come back at the end.

  • Wash and degloss kitchen, bath, and high-touch walls before sanding.
  • Fill nail holes and seam cracks with lightweight spackle; recaulk separated trim joints.
  • Skim-coat rough patches, then sand to 220 grit before priming.
  • Spot-prime stains, knots, and patched drywall with Sherwin-Williams Extreme Bond or Zinsser BIN — never topcoat alone.
  • Two true coats of topcoat at full mil thickness, not one-and-a-cheat.

Questions

Good answers, not sales pitches.

How long does an interior repaint take?+

A typical 3-bedroom interior runs 3–5 working days. Larger homes or full trim-and-door packages run longer. You get a real schedule in writing before we start, and we hit the dates we set.

Do I need to move my furniture?+

No. We move furniture to the center of each room, wrap it in plastic, and cover floors with rosin paper and drop cloths. Anything fragile or valuable, we walk through with you first.

What paint do you use?+

Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Cashmere on walls, ProClassic waterborne enamel on trim and doors. We pick the sheen with you — flat or matte for ceilings, eggshell on most walls, satin in baths and kids' rooms, semi-gloss on trim.

Will it smell? Are the paints low-VOC?+

Yes, every product we use on interiors is low-VOC. You can sleep in the house the night we finish a room.
