Project Success Manager
We call them the Project Success Manager because their job is to make sure the job runs smoothly and that you're taken care of. They own the job once it's scheduled and are your daily point of contact. They'll send you regular updates, runs the project intro, walks the site regularly, and signs off the final walkthrough with you.

The work — daily 8am to 6pm, cleaned up every night
Crews work regular hours 8am to 6pm. Floors covered, furniture wrapped, landscaping respected. Every evening the site is cleaned up before they leave — tools stowed, debris hauled, nothing tracked through your kitchen.
